Wet Dreams

    When I was younger, I would have wet dreams within a few days of abstaining. I'm now approaching my mid thirties and am up to 19 without. WDs have not returned. Should they at some point?

    never had one! but wish I did. they sound like a nice reward for abstaining. Congrats on 19 days. am back to day 1

    They may or may not. It differs for all I guess but don't let WDs throw you off your recovery.

    It depends. I had a wet dream on day 11 of No PMO. So I was thinking it might be at regular interval but it wasnt. I had a 2nd wet dream on day 52 of no PMO. So its not necessary that you need to have a wet dream while on nofap. It will or it wont. Dont worry about it.

    I believe they diminish with age, I can't remember the last time I had one and I'm in my 40s. Sexy dreams do come back after porn abstinence though, especially if you read about and study dreams. You may even have a dream where you realise you're dreaming. It happens to me occasionally.

    BTW when I was growing up we called wet dreams "Wet Westerns" - you know, because you wake up shooting...
