Never deprive someone of hope, it might be all they have.

No worries at all, recovery is rough and I know we both just want to recover.

I have also been enjoying some of your recent posts, I agree with a lot of what you say, and its a good perspective to have when it comes to PAWS.

This madman got to this holy topic as well… He creates new posts every day and gets answers to his same questions, but does not draw any conclusions. I wrote to him that I was a serious case who had been engaged in pmo for more than 10 years, masturbated with a flaccid penis without an erection for many years and I recovered for 4 years, 2 of which in hard mode.
I have recovered 80-90% and am still recovering.

But again @Ronlomre where is this thought process coming from?

Having no erection and no libido simply means your nervous system has not recovered. That is it. It does not mean you are "damaged" or you are "uncurbable". I think if you believe you cannot recover, that is a belief you should probably keep to yourself. Not to gatekeep this thread at all, but this is a space for people who are working hard to recover and trying to move forward.

If you believe rebooters are permanently damaged, it would probably best to either

    a) provide medical reports or real life stories from other rebooters

    or

    b) start a new thread and discuss it with those who agree with you.

At the moment, you have not given any reason for people to believe that recovery is impossible. There is no evidence or information outside of what you believe.

Do you also masturbate if your penis has been limp for years and recovered from it

Recovery takes a lot longer than that brother. Just be patient. Also, there should be no fantasizing as well. If you don't believe recovery will happen, what else can you do? Do you have any other option for recovery?

At the end of the day, what alternatives do we have? Even if full recovery isn't possible (and I don't believe this), partial recovery is well worth the effort. The alternative is to go back to the addiction, and living in a hellish place. In other words, don't give up!

At exactly the 4 month mark, ended up having a wet dream, woke up half way through, tried to sleep for 3 hrs or so and ended up masturbating and orgasm for 15 seconds, this journey is so hard, trying not to beat myself up so I dont slip into chronic relapsing, I know after wet dream or relapse the next week is most critical

Does anyone know a story about an addict who masturbated to extreme porn for years if his penis was limp and he recovered in the end

It's not about "penis" recovery. It's about brain recovery. Almost everyone here is trying to get rid of paws. If paws is not your concern, this is not the place for you..

Stand up again, dust off and keep going with your reboot.

  15. I'm feel low today, zero libido, no energy, feel depressed, unable to think.

I know that it will pass, and it's totally normal, keep rebooting!

    Stay strong my brothers!

I had 2 successive WDs and I felt complete off balance. Like some sort of chemical imbalance happened in my brain post WD. I cried at night due to it.

Try not to let wet dreams throw you off balance. They are going to happen but most of all they are a normal part of recovery. Maybe take the time to understand if there was anything that might have caused the wet dream and keep going.

WD happening is normal but the consequence from it is not normal. I hope things get better with time.
