all clean today, but I need to work on my other goals. not PMO is not enough. procrastnation unfortunately takes it toll.

Oh man i got you, same here. Just sitting around, scrolling, opening wiki articles and never read one from start to end or watching youtube videos... And time flies, then regrets and low self esteem... never ending story. But at least we are aware of it and want to work, that's the first step.
