Is masturbation bad for kidneys health?

In the context of Chinese medicine in general though it is not exactly the physical kidneys but more like a way of describing the functions. At some point the acupuncture points got a number associated with whichever meridian they are part of, but for example the Kidney 1 point had a name, Bubbling Spring and there's some ancient text that describes it in that kind of poetic language - I had a book with that but unfortunately it's lost and it's apparently not easily found through a search engine. It's probably like the episode 'Darmok' from Star Trek: The Next Generation where this race of aliens speak in allegories from what I remember. And of course the language itself is dramatically different in the first place, and on top of that they are describing things in this way so you can kind of see the challenge of it.

And when it comes to ancient texts, the challenge is even greater, especially when they're lost or not easily accessible. As for the topic at hand, masturbation's effects on kidney health are often debated, with modern medical science offering its own perspectives.

 

Not only kidneys but bowel as well. Everytime I do or did it more than 2 times I had strong pain in the place where kidneys are places also I had diarrhea and it wasn't food related. Always afterward fapping I had diarrhea and pain in the kidneys.I can't explain you why but the culpit is fap thus no words needed. Plain and simple there is connection. I also get fever whenever I pass two weeks and I have dreams that I was having attempt. Today I had the kind of dream and it was fun to quicky checking out my pants and I did not faul today haha.

 

Idk about the kidneys one but mental health suffer very bad.

 

I don’t know haven’t reply had any problems except if I go to sleep after masturbation my hands always become numb or tingling when I wake up. I have read this is carpel tunnel but I’m not sure… Of course there’s over a dozen channels on Youtube that say Masturbation is completely normal everyday.

 

I'm extremely glad that you brought this up. I experience diarrhea sometimes (I have lactose allergies), but the kidney pain is something I've experienced on numerous occasions. For a time I thought it was just me, but articles that I've read have dismissed this as myth or pseudo-science. Then again, most mainstream science articles dismiss everything related to porn and masturbation as false; it's really gas lighting when you think about it. So many guys here are trying to recover from our addictions, but the mainstream science is dismissive because many of them these days are ideologically driven. They don't see porn or masturbation as an ethical problem, and they associate every criticism of either as being rooted in traditionalism or religion, hence their pretext to ignore what we report.
