Day 1 in the books. Finally got back to where I was two years ago but became complacent. I stopped being diligent around avoiding triggers. I thought I’d be okay. Wrong. It will not happen again. Stay strong Fellowship.

 

1 Day completed. I'm missing that last 22days streak. I sometimes think it all begins with staring women in public. I remember the last relapse. It was all because of a woman I saw outside. She was attractive(Can't use much explanatory words but she was H*t.) I must not look at girls as that checking out of her made me go back on my phone, check some snaps of random chicks and so ended up on p***hub.com. PMOed 3 times in a single night and here I am on my day 1 again.

All because of that one tiny mistake: Checking out that woman. This time I'm planning to be more alert of myself and what I look at. I should avoid even this: looking at girls etc. I know it all leads us back to those old habits. And I don't want to go back to those filthy days ever again. I want to set myself free! I love myself, and I deserve all the benefits NoFap is giving me.

Day 107, trod on!

Day 80

You enter the Dead Marshes, a swampland.

"Dreary and wearisome. Cold, clammy winter still held sway in this forsaken country. The only green was the scum of livid weed on the dark greasy surfaces of the sullen waters. Dead grasses and rotting reeds loomed up in the mists like ragged shadows of long forgotten summers."

 

Day 140!

In Mentally, I learnt lot of my self and I started to work on self improvement when i'm doing NoFap. My ideas and thoughts were changed. So Actions and habits were changed. Overall My personality were changed. I Started this challenge because I was too weak. I had no muscle, no strength. No one told me, Masturbation and porn isn't good . After I found that those habits are harmful our body. I guessed that Masturbation is The Major root of all of these problems . So I was right. My energy is sky-rocketed now. And I'm more calm and collected.
Also I found great characters like David goggins, Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Lot of people are saying that "some times girls are staring at them". It is right. You also feel when you are around 50 - 60 days. count of days are depend on person to person. I have lot of stories like that. The recent one is the day before yesterday, I was going to uni by bus, I was standing in the bus . I kept my balance by holding a bar by my left hand that was near to me. The girl next to me touched my left hand . First I thought it was an accident. but that Girl didn't stop that. So When I looked at her , She looked way and acted like she didn't know anything. yeah it is a funny story. Her acting is so good ..

Some guys are obsessed with this type of validation. because this is a like a drug. They are depend on external validation But I'm focusing on improving my self and helping others . I'm not fluent at english so I think you can get my idea. Good Luck brother! Keep pushing forward.
