Day zero started today around 1:00 pm.

 

Been forgetting to post every day. 3/3 in the hatch

Thanks, bro. I'm on day 1/3. We can do it. It's better to complete a challenge with someone else.

 

I thought I was doing well, but stuffed up a couple of nights ago when alone in a hotel. Derp.

Now day 2/3. Gonna read Mark Queppet's Reboot Regimen over the next few days and get some traction to break this habit.

 

Relapsed in the early morning (3:00 AM) after 35 hours. The most difficult part of NoFap is the night for me. I need to find ways to get over this period of time without doing "MO". Starting again from day 0.

I haven’t made it until day 3 in like 20 days. I will change that. Even though I am uncertain of what will come I am sure this will help.
