Today i am trying to be hopeful

Today, I'm ready to kick NoPMO August and begin the rest of my sober life!!!

 

Today, I want to stretch myself further one more day

 

Starting today I am finally able to stop watching porn to calm my suffering and stress and loneliness, because there are much more useful ways to fight those feelings than porn... Porn has become disgusting over the years....

 

good progress, once we got onto healthy coping mechanisms we can work our way into a virtuous cycle that makes life happier and more peaceful

 

I am thankful to get through withdrawals

 

I'm thankful that I can breathe one more day

 

I am thankful for being strong
I am the one who controls everything inside my body

 

I am thankful to have one more chance

 

I will not affirm myself because I don't believe it. I will SHOW myself by hitting my 5th Day 7 on next weekend. Stay strong brotthers.

I am resolved to start a new streak that carries me to the end of March and hopefully garners momentum that will propel me even further perhaps to the end of April, or May, or even June to full Reboot!

 

Today I'm going to not fall in the traps of pmo. I will be resilient and productive.

 

Today I will turn in on time so I can replenish my energy and willpower and continue to maintain my streak

Today I will also go to bed on time to replenish my energy and be the best I can be.

I set a goal with my personal trainer ~10 days ago to go to bed by 11pm and get up at 7am. It hasn't been perfect but I now have much better sleeping routine than beforehand. Also reading Every Man's Battle - a brilliant Christian book on sexual purity. Can recommend

 

Today I am blessed to know people, good people, fine people, wonderful people, amazing people.

 

Today I will keep reminding myself that NoPMO is the foundation for everything else that I want in life and I am worth making that sacrifice for!!
