Keep going brother. You have embarked upon this fight for a reason. You have the capability to see it though.

I think today is Day 23 for me? I can’t remember, but what I do know is that it’s my longest streak ever, in the almost 26 months of me doing NoFap on and off.

It may sound pathetic, but if I get to Day 30, it will probably be one of if not the greatest achievement of my life. I have been a victim to this poison since early 2013, almost half of my life.

Keep soldiering on. I’m here if you need someone to talk to.

 

Day 23 started here too. I had strong urges last night and I think I am going through a flatline, as I have little bit of brain fog and feel kinda depressed. But we'll go through this no matter what! I know that the withdrawal symptoms do not last infinitely long.

So it's only one week to the end of January, which means one-month streak for me. I am so optimistic right now, because I have the longest streak ever and now nothing can stop me because of my mindset and this thread.

 

The first week is done already? That's great! Keep going man, it's only about a week left and you will hit the same streak you just lost. Remember just not to relapse, the days of the year are getting less and less. So now let's set you a goal which could be to go clean atleast longer than the previous streak was. It could be 3 weeks. You're already done 1/3 of it! So do not give up anymore, I believe in you and remember that you are the one who started this and cannot let us down. Stay strong!

 

Day zero

 

I'm getting worried about @Mr. Cooler and @Leo55, they been little quiet lately. Hope they are still going and haven't had relapses.

 

Yesterday was day 2? Well, that makes day 3 for today! I'm a survivor, I'm gonna make it! Wooooo!

 

Well, I am going ok after my relapses. Today will be day 2.

 

Am okay. It is Day 23 for me. Still keeping strong and prayed against PMO when I woke up.

 

Day 3 cumming to a close (pun intended)

 

Day 0. Determined to make a stop to this fapping habit of mine.

 

At first, thanks to @Champion123 for his inspiring words. After that relapse I was pretty down, so this helps a lot.

Currently I'm already at day 4 already. Good thing time moves forwards in this case and good daily numbers are not that far away

I am taking a different strategy where I am not counting days, I have the mandontfap app, and the counter is running there... but I haven't open the app like in 10 days haha, most likely I am on a 13 day streak, not sure.

I decided not to look at the counter because it makes me too anxious. Having that number on your mind, every day, I think that it makes things just much more difficult.

Anyways this year I plan to do quit PMO in hardcore mode for at least half a year... wish me luck
