Check in here….and another reset. January seems to be going fast, maybe it’s my age

 

Tuesday check in! All is going well and my head is in a good place, keeping things simple. Really happy with my progress in the gym, it has been 16 weeks now on consistent training. I am getting in good shape! it has also been so good for my overall well being, would really recommend regular exercise of some sort if you are not doing any.

 

Checking in at the middle of the week - we can do this!

I'm not sure what to make of them yet. I've been to two so far. At this point I'm going at this from multiple angles and doing well. I think the most powerful thing I did though was tell my wife. I kept it secret from her for 13 years. In those years the most successful streak I had was 7 months, then relapsed and was a disaster for the last couple years, not only because PMO though. My wife and I have had a really great relationship and I'm pretty motivated right now not to lose that. I don't want to be naive about this but right now I feel like I'm in the best place I have been with this.

 

Almost to a month now. I can't believe my mind is so clear, and I'm sleeping well too. The key for me was total denial of all sexual fantasies.

Friday check in. All is going well, I have been laid up with a bad back but it has been good for me to slow down, reflect and get in touch with stillness. I am in a good place thanks to the Grace and Love of God.

And of course 30 days . Even though I have it already good to have some more sunshine
