Checking in, staying clean day 18

 

Checking in - nearly the end of the week!

 

Mid ish week check in. All is going well at the moment, my recovery feels like its back where it needs to be for long term success. It is all much easier when my spiritual life is strong and I take things one day at a time.

 

Checking in on day 2
Have had some recent setbacks and sad to say that out of 10 full days of 2024 , 4 of them were resets
Trying to reclaim my intention for this year
It will be the year where I reach 3 months clean for the first time ever!

 

Checking in - happy Friday everyone

 

Things continue to go well. I started going to SA meetings. I've been to a couple and they have been good so far. The ones I've attended are on zoom. It's interesting to hear other peoples' stories and know that everyone is struggling with the same general problem.

 

21 Days now. 3 weeks. I feel better than I've felt in a long time.

Feels like a good launching point cuz I feel so empty and sad today,why would I keep doing that to myself

 

Had a reset yesterday, while video calling a friend of mine. Not sure that I care much about that type of release, but since my counter says P & M I will play by the rules. Next short-term goal 2 weeks. Then I'll submit my collection for analysis to make sure my vasectomy was a success and go from there. Might adjust it to just P then or try to bask in the sun a couple days after February's end.

Checking in day 5! Onwards and upwards

 

I had my vascetomy last year, and the aftermath was a really unsettled time for me. The trouble was me knowing that I have to M at some point in the future to provide a sample.... I couldn't get any kind of streak going until I got the all clear, and I had to provide more than one sample so it really dragged on. I hope your experience is better
