Day 0 ready to turn a new leaf

 

I arrived at day 10 PMO free. Is there the option to give in and book a Thai massage with happy ending around the corner? Yes there is. Should I go there? Ofcourse not guys. It's so nice to see how many people are joining us and trying to get over it this year. Welcome everyone, we can all do this together!

And for people who are currently on day 10, I just gotta say that congratulations, we made it! Now let's try to go till 20 days, but remember, this is one of the hardest parts of this journey, the days from 10 to 20. We have been clean for 10 days now, so I'm sure we can stay clean for another 10 days too! Then I promise it get's easier, much easier after 20 days has been reached. Just don't give up, it's just 10 days, just a little over a week, if you don't relapse now, it's basically a win for us. Just remember, DO NOT GIVE UP NOW!

 

Yeah so I'm on day 10 personally. The urges were already pretty strong last night, but I didn't do it. I fought a war in my head, I wanted to relapse at the moment so bad, but I'm so glad I just fought the urges and didn't do it. And now I am so happy that I didn't do it!

I just gotta remember that the urges will go away. These are the hardest days, at least for me, but it doesn't last infinitely long, just a week. It will get easier, it will be over this time! Good luck to you all!

 

I actually wrote a simple prayer so as to overcome urges when they come. Something like 'God protect me against porn and masturbation'. On my 10th day I believe we can do this

 

I'm glad you are supporting us with the words Do Not Give Up Now!. Me, myself am also on day 10 now and the urges are pretty high. Sometimes I tell myself, make it easier and book an escort. But then I remind myself to continue the battle, it's worth so much more than just an half hour of fun! Thanks for the motivation brother!
