I'm on Day 22. So I already was a week or so clean from PMO. If I may I could give some tips 1. Meditate 2 Wim Hof methode 3. Exercise 4. Work/school 5. Find a hobby 6. Yoga 7. I started boxing and karate and it's alot of fun. Talk to yourself. Take a better break, Porn was a break for us. Take better breaks. Read a book, listen to a song that you really like. Do something you enjoy when you are craving PMO.
How is it going guys… weekends are the hardest for me cos i am mostly home most of the time…every one try to get busy and put in your mind no more pmo in 2024… that is my mentality now … stay strong guys
Hello folks. Day 8. lets see how this year goes, have been busy for last few days. and I expect to be busy for another 4 days due to work. Hope i hold on post the busy days as well
Is very good when you get busy it helps takes your mind of pmo… Day 7 for me today. You are just a day before me so i look up to you so please dont let me down.
Same day 7 today… my longest streak in a while…. I see alot people are on day 7 because we made a decision on 31st december. Guys please lets not dissapoint our self. Let us quit pmo in 2024
I totally agree here! No better date on the calendar to finally start achieving our goals by getting PMO free! I'm glad to be part of this thread and will do my best to add each day a number to my counter.
