Weekend check in. All is going well on the PMO front. Four weeks now of gym and right eating so pleased with that. If you are struggling hang in there, keep it one day at at time. If you reset don't let it become a binge, dust yourself off and get back in the fight.
If I am remembering right, a member of our group wrote a guide to nofap based on his experience and posted it here a few months back? Can anyone recall, and if they could point me to the guide, that would be great. Thanks in advance!
Been a few days since I posted as was back to daily long PMO sessions. Been clean a couple of days and hoping to stay that way. Good luck everyone else and remember that shame works against us! Just saddle up again and never mind the bruises
