You're welcome dude, I had an amazing run back in 2020 and made it to 90 days felt I was on cloud nine, insane benefits, pharomoans going through the roof and girls noticing me love it and want it back.

You're doing amazing and you're inspiration to us all.

I might have to go back and get some inspiration from my old posts back then as well.

Happy to have a good streak going at the moment. My wife's mood has improved a lot lately and I'm feeling more connected to her, which helps a lot. Working from home alone is still my most vulnerable time. So far I just try to stay engaged and busy so my mind doesn't wander.

 

Can you offer us any insights into how you did that? Is it about removing the opportunities to act out, or having a good routine, or both?
