I've noticed that this problem is draining out my energy potential. I stopped watching porn long time ago but now I'm dealing with pretty often happening wet dreams. How to simply stop them without putting myself through too much effort like changing my diet completly or other sort of things like physical training because I don't like to excercise. Is there some solution to that?

  2. Wet dreams are Gods natural way of relieving us. Wet dreams will not impact you mentally, it's the negative beliefs you have about them that causes the issue. Let your body do its thing and do not worry about it.

  3. Limit sexual thoughts.
Massage your testicles before you sleep (2-3 mins each)
Soak your balls in very cold water

I used to get loads of wet dreams and the above completely eradicated them.

You have wet dreams because you don't have semen emmisions with intercourse.

You need to find a partner, or maaaybe masturbate once with your imagination and see what happens next days.

I have never heard this advice before. It worked for you, so it is worth a try for @Atlas18.
These are excellent remedies. It is so important to get your mind off sex. Sexual daydreaming definitely makes wet dreams more likely. It also causes blue balls. If that happens, dangling your balls in cold water will relieve the pain and discomfort. :)

Are you open to mental exercise? You may be surprised how much just having mental clarity and catching yourself with "this is a fantasy" can do, assuming of course there is some conscious mental activity to address. It takes practice but I say clarity because it's about seeing the truth of the situation not just repetition or resistance, it's more like diffusing the delusion.

I've once had a feeling that those sexual thoughts was approaching me and I've denied them and I felt it like it was a bubble that flied away from me. After that I haven't got wet dreams for a long period of time but they gradually happened again. I would love to do that again but I don't know how. I'm trying to not think about sex at all but in a dream it's like you're in cage you can't escape... I'm trying do a prayers before bed maybe that will help.

I don't mean any special trick, but since we are not aware we're dreaming it's a good idea to remind yourself like when you're waking up in the morning, that any dream is just a dream and a fantasy. Basically you can train yourself to remember that so you're aware even when sleeping or at least half asleep, I've found just that alone without full on lucid dreaming or anything goes a long way.

Wet dreams are the result of obsession with lustful sex, so in that sense they are “natural.” How about redirecting the sexual energy to a high ideal to help resolve this problem?

  10. I just viewed another comment on how to potential have them not happen at all but for me I appreciate them, although cleaning up the mess is a bit irritating.

It will stop if you cut your balls off.
