Yes I'm currently experiencing it bcz 1 month ago I've been brokeup in a relationship of 5 years and her family is seeing matches for her. All my world literally collapsed but my porn addiction made it very less intense and i didn't cared but 5 days after that when I started NoFap I'm experiencing extreme sadness, loneliness, unable to focus on my Goals. Then i understood how porn ruined my life so i started to abstain from that shit but I'm also experiencing the pain of suppressed emotions !!

  2. My situation sounds similar to Mara43. Dysthymia, GAD-Generalized Anxiety Disorder, some OCD, ADHD. On some meds but could use tweaking.

I suffer from schizoaffective disorder - bipolar type. It's a mixed thought/mood disorder a lot like having schizophrenia and bipolar but neither the schizo part or the bipolar component are as severe as if I had either of them alone. It tends to be episodic and tends to happen when I can't sleep. I've gone over a week without sleeping before. I don't hallucinate; it's mostly delusions for me. Delusions that I'm the devil, the antichrist, etc. I had my first psychotic episode when I was between 21-22 but I had some prodromal symptoms before then.

    Anyway, ask me anything.

I have an extremely extensive list of things I've been diagnosed with in the past... The reality is they didn't know because I don't fit into any box, so there was a lot of "you have this... no wait maybe not".

I realize now most of my issues really just stem from excessive trauma, but I've been able to get past a lot of this thus far.
