    One thing I’ve noticed can really help is finding a hobby or some kind of self care routine. Any sort of physical exercise is a great example, at least in my case. It really helps me get that tension out of the body. Doesn’t have to be something physical either if you don’t prefer that. Anything that can keep your mind occupied and away from sparking a thought that can draw you back into the darkness. In the end, it’s all a mental game. Stay strong my friend. I’m here for your support man.

    Day 1

    Super tired right now... Maybe that means I'll sleep well?

    I used a technique called "gestalt" today as I'm trying to get rid of resentment, particularly resentment towards my dad. I've heard you can use it to clear out resentment towards yourself too. I felt something dissolve inside me and I felt oddly hallow, but very free. It's an odd technique though, you have to go into your subconscious and have a conversation with whoever you have resentment towards. Of course both parties are you, but the subconscious mind doesn't know the difference.

    I decided to go without caffeine today and was successful. I substituted my tea for water with a scoop of collagen mixed in. Oddly enough I felt a similar boost in alertness and energy I usually associate with the tea. It's almost like my brain fell victim to its own little placebo effect or something... Think I'll try it again tomorrow.

    Today is a mild day, some withdrawal is here, demotivation, leg pain, anxiety, but not much. The thing is: i´m still keeping my dignity, working my full schedule, not skipping tasks and being responsable, even amongst pain and demotivation. I think this is a crucial part of rewiring: not expect to wake up well to get things done, but work with the things that are presented to me as they are. Of course, i try to improve my circunstances but sometimes things are just bad, and we got to cope with it.

    No urges or temptations, feeling solid.

    Let´s get going my brothers, towards Freedom and the destruction of the Ring!

    Yes, I think if "dopamine lvl" rise, you'll feel higher cravings for anything that releases dopamine. In my case, talking to a girl that I like, playing videogames and watching videos or photos.

    You will feel this as abstinence when you want to do "dopamine detox"

    For me this is a crucial piece, but maybe in a slightly different way. Something I've been trying to do better is just take things slower when required... Shire speed is what I feel set to, but I can still make steady progress where it matters. In the past I'd always begin new streaks feeling like I had to do everything at once, pulling habit trackers out with tons of different things to track. This time I'm just going at the pace I naturally feel at, pushing myself just slightly where it matters most.

    Relapsed the thuesday. I was alone at house and the the temptation got me. Now with a new strategy when I'm alone. At least I didn't spent too much faping. Still in my goals of the year :).
    Today I didn{t worked out, too much work so didn't had time to do it. I hope to do it tomorrow.
