Good listing let's add to the list
Success days are important and cherish when you say "no thanks".
Any lapse is nothing more serious than a moment to learn a lesson where things go wrong and set up a plan to avoid those situations.
Discuss your problems on the forum.
Be as busy in life as possible- think of serving society to best of your ability.

I am on day 6 and have made it to two months. A lot of your suggestions are solid. However, ignoring sex and trying to push that emotion down or away will surely lead to a "Screw it" attitude. At least for me. Meditating and acknowledging that we are sexual beings will help. I know it's tough right? But if I made it to two months I know it's possible!

  8. Ignoring it and trying to push that emotion down does lead to screw it attitude. I've tried this numerous times, and I said Screw it...and ended up regretting it.lol Your right, we have to accept it and embrace it. Meditating does help.
