When I get sexual thoughts, I try to see the thing for what it is, objectively. Just an animal trying to get a pleasure fix.

 

Daily Check-in

This is turning out to be a regsiter of my in and out time at work these days. 17 hours into my work I have another 4 hours to go. I had no breathing space let alone thoughts about women, porn and masturbation. I am enjoying the work but it's effecting my sleep and eating habits. The next two days are going to be equally long. I am not even a medical resident.

I have strong urges and moderate depression today, but I am still staying strong. Also today I did not oversleep, woke up at 8:30 which is reasonable. I'm almost at my first complete day, and I won't ruin it. After day 3-4 it gets a bit easier. First few days are hardest for me.

I only have one long distance girlfriend I have not seen for months, therefore hard mode or not does not make much difference.

A few months ago i joined another rebooting forum/thread (whatever you say) and there was 1 person who adviced everyone to take this very serious by seeking help to a adoctor, deleting all your porn, set passwords on your phone and everything. Don't fool yourself by thinking: i have the power to fight this myself, no you gotta seek help.
Close all doors that lead to relapsing.

 

2 days after relapsing now. I feel my T-levels raising a bit now so i should be careful. I don't have any plan or whatsoever, i follow my instincts because that usually works for me. I'm not a planner XD im planning not to fail this time though..
