Day 7 now Made it a whole week without PMO!!! The reason why I am so happy is because It is my first time hitting 1 week streak in over 1 year! The only way is forward from here. One day at a time.
Same thing here, I accidentally saw an old picture from an old collection. My main intention however, was to delete that collection but I accidentally tapped on one of the pictures therein. This account is still new but I don't fap, not anymore, for a long time. Still troubled about whether or not that was what you call a "relapse."
If you didn’t dwell on the picture, deleted it and moved on without fantasizing about it, then it definitely was not a relapse.
