7/7 Done. Had a long day of work, good for keeping the mind busy. Onwards to 14 days!

Day 1
I went to gym after 1week+ break.
I am so fucking excited!!!
Therefore I must be careful. I already had some bumps. I will use the energy to work and get busy.

 

I am on day 0/7. I know that I can reach a full week because I did it a couple weeks ago (and other times before that). It's partly a matter of remembering the end goal and why I am fighting for it every hour of every day; partly, it is being more passionate about something that really matters.

Day 3 is over, gonna complete 7 days for sure and than gonna complete another 7 days as well, after that no doubt 3rd week will be accomplished. God bless, we all can do it.
