Aight I am back in the mixer!
I was sick and I still am, but its time to start getting my shit together again.
Lately I was a bit sceptic about the NoFap, but for me, there really is difference between me fantasizing/fapping and me being in control, lazer focused on my goals and not fapping daily. I feel much more locked on the goal. So lets get back in there!

4 days out of 7. It was a work day and NO temptations so far today. Thinking about PIED and flatlining. "Just how bad IS my problem?".Will only find out by abstaining. My first accountability group meets tomorrow. Planning to attend. Not sure about my participation level.
