Sometimes you need to shock yourself to stop a habit and let me tell you, an idea I had on how to do this is working so well for me.It tells my subconscious that I am doing more harm than good and it has helped me quash my urges on this current streak.
Here is how you shock yourself that I am sure will help you too.

Think about the shame and disgrace you would feel if you were caught in the act watching porn by your children or family members. How would you feel how would they feel?Let that sit for awhile......

Imagine that afterwards, they could never look you in the eyes and you could never give them advice ever again, because of what they have seen you do!
