I will start from today and update you all . with push ups lets add squats too . good to keep our minds distracted
I did 20 push ups , 10 squats and 10 dumbell butterfly just now , im thinking of doing squats every time i fell the trigger . you think its a good thing
Been keeping up with this. Though I do my reps super slow. So its usually like 20 seconds down, 20 seconds up. It might even be more than this, last time I counted it was 25 seconds. Because of this I can only manage around 2-3 reps before I am blitzed. Feels good though.
I love this! Just started this yesterday. I'm altering it somewhat though, as I am extremely comfortable with push-ups and being in that outstretched position for extended periods of time (being in the military tends to help you in that aspect lol). Nonetheless, this will serve as a reminder to always keep going. I'm currently hitting 20 + number of days without PMO (currently 24 ) close-grip push-ups in the shower in the morning to work on my triceps. Helps to wake up my muscles and prepare me for the day ahead. I follow it up with a set of wide-arm pushups the second I change into my workout clothes after work - affects my chest more and allows me to get the blood rushing into my upper body. I can't wait for the day I'll be unable to complete my push-ups in one whole set. That'll be an accomplishment that I can truly be proud of!
I just did 30 push ups and 20 barbell curls , feel good and want to continue so my body knows its suppose to be kept fit ,
