7 days completed...urges were strongest this morning and last night in while. I was very aware of them and started putting my mind to something else. I was watching "funny charles barkely and shaq talk show thing" it was a good distraction for 20 minutes and made me laugh. I forgot about the urges. This morning, I had to get ready for work so no real option to PMO. on to the 14 day challenge
Day 3 cleared. Urges still there but it was manageable. I have unfollwed all Tumblr pages that has amateurs porn and videos. Leave chatgroups that share nude photos of women. Feeling proud about it. Let's hope I can go through day 4 today
Day 2 1/7 Worked 18 hours went right to bed but when I woke up had strong urges. Luckily didn't act on them and was able to forget about it. So I just got out of bed and began my day.
Met my dad for some beers tonight at a local beer and burger joint. Had to look away from most of the servers as they dress very...casual and comfortable. I was worried that after a few beers my inhibitions might drop, but my willpower is stronger than some good beers. Day 3 of 7. Onward and upward.
