I've recently made a commitment to meditate 5 minutes minimum morning and night. I can do more but I figure a short minimum will help me develop the habit. Stick with it.
The 4th I had a real fight in my hands last night but I won! I have reached the target of 4 days. Now the next target is 7 days. Baby goals, baby goals! First I learn to crawl before learning to walk!
Yes, I will do my best to stick with it. I currently meditate for 15 mins first thing in the morning. Good job too bro!
Day 4 Feels like my mind is screaming feel super tired. I always ( most days ) 2 hours of Binaural Beats before bed that my meditation !
Checking in. I was excited thinking i would have my daughter tonite and was planning on a good evening with her when 10 minutes before i was to leave to pick her up her mother told me that this is not my 3 day weekend with her. Its a minor thing but I was very dissapointed and it really brought up alot of sadness and loneliness. One of my first thoughts was to avoid pmo. Thats quite a change. One day at a time.
