felt a strong desire to masturbate today on day one lol but i kept myself busy by taking a bike ride and went shopping for an upcoming trip i think for me going out and tackling some tasks really helps and also i think when it's time to sleep i should put away every device and just focus on sleeping

10 days, feeling less brain fog already, slight mood swings and fatigue, not sure what to do with the extra energy. but feeling positive this morning
12 days , still finding it hard to use this extra energy, getting angry a lot at little things but still feel better than i did 12 days ago! long may it continue
