successfully covered 15 days !!! But sometime feel strong urge while being alone at home, then i divert my mind by listening some motivational songs and doing push-ups.It works and i feel good....
Channeling the energy through meditation, working out, reading or hanging out with friends is key. You must stay busy and keep yourself occupied. When you feel those urges you gotta do something and avoid 'edging' yourself into it.
Also: As many of you already know, (but its worth it to re-state in case someone doesn't) if you are in danger of relapsing go take a shower. Personally I like to start warm then as the shower goes on go colder until its almost unbearable. These types of showers get you breathing a little heavy so you have to focus on your breathing technique, showers like this after a workout are incredible. They are extremely health beneficial.
I am here to quit watching porn and masurbating for the rest of my life I break this goal with a month period and I will commit my self to not watch porn for the month of July. I will log my recovery progress daily

Day 17. Have seen amazing improvements the last couple days. Hair feels and looks better/healthier. Relationships are doing better and I feel really good.
I had a bunch of really bad relapses, and they have made me shy away from this thread due to shame. I need advice. The moment I am alone, I feel extremely powerful urges and fall into a trance to my sleeping area, even if I want to try to do other things. This is perpetuated by my work and hobbies being in computing and gaming; however, I only use my phone for P because I don't know how to bypass Covenant Eyes on my computer. How do I overcome this overpowering trance? Sometimes, I don't even feel like overcoming the addiction when it grows too powerful, which is the problem. Oh, it's clearly Day 0 for me. :/
