I'm roughly about 124 days in and I cannot believe this was actually possible because of how impossible it was at first. Now let me say how much my life has changed over the last couple months This has been the hardest thing I've ever done, but it has been so worth it. My life has changed for the better in so many ways, that sometimes I can't quite believe I've done it. Here is my story... A year or so ago I was depressed, angry, de-motivated, loathed myself, felt like the energy level was lacked. It actually pretty tough at first just like anything, but as long as you control your mind which I did by thinking about games it was pretty beneficial. Here is what I learned: Control your thinking. Acknowledge that another person based on appearance to manipulate your brain isn't beneficial. A few seconds of satisfaction will lead to regret so just spend that time playing games/watching shows.
