Back to day 0. Was sitting on my couch in front of my t.v. and mostly watched youtube (i had a habit where most of the day i.e free time I watch youtube )where indirectly I watched soft and unable to control watched hard. starting again and staying strong this time and reducing youtube watch time limit and engaging restricted mode in youtube as well as chrome and making a habit of reading books

Start Date: Jan 25, 2019 Day 131/134 no PM (relapsed day 51, 70, 102) Day 32/90 consecutive no PM Day 134 no alcohol or caffeine Day 102 weight training - feeling relaxed and in good frame of mind today - just checked my blood pressure and it was 112/81 which is optimal. The weight lifting and exercise is paying off - now just need to stay this way for my musical performance tonight and not get stage fright as usual
Day 4. The addicted mind is beginning to play tricks. But I think I recognise those cheap tricks. Anyway we can do this, guys. Stay strong.
Day 15/90 completed. I need to do sth more productive such as running or weight training. Because I have more free time but I do not know what to do. I am just decided that I am gonna go running everyday. -30 day cold shower challenge day 4 completed - Running day 0
