    Last few days have been good. My approach this time is not to look forward to a target, but to frequently look at and appreciate my progress to date. So every few hours I'm just looking at the days-hours-seconds counter on the Fap Watch app on my phone and saying well done to myself. Focusing on the positive and on what has already been achieved feels good.
