Have i sexually exhausted myself? Im 22 and began mo around 12 and p around 15 and have done it on average probably once a day since. After high school my acne got worse and has stayed. I cant use public urinals if someone else is in the bathroom. And i believe my pmo has affected my ability for relationships. Im currently on probably my longest streak of 11 days and ive only had urges on like one day. Before that i had a streak of a week. Regarding public urinals i had the same problem until 2 years ago, but after that i went to a public swimming pool where you had to take a shower. You had no intimacy so that experience helped me get over this. Now at the gym i workout i usually go nude from my locker to the shower and to the sauna. Most probably it ruined relationships for both of us. I don't know exactly but my instinct says it did. Thanks. Your forum was interesting and we definitely have some similarities. Having a shy guy didnt ruin my relationships, i was able to do that with my actions. I do believe tho that my pmo addiction had a subconscious effect on me during my last relationship’s problems, and thats inevitably brought me here.
