Hi @Progress_07 Glad you are doing well. As the time on noPMO journeys get longer, it sometimes happens that we lose sight of our goals and reasons for being here. When that happens, motivation can lag and resets and relapses often follow. Its important to have clear goals and a clear vision of "why I am here" , but that alone is not enough. Those goals must be fresh in our mind each day. Are you very clear on your goals - not day counts - but the real reasons you need to progress on your journey of healing ? Whatever your goals are is fine, as long as they are something you are truly committed to working hard to attain. What are you doing to keep your goals fresh in your mind ? Its also important to have a pre-planned approach for how you will deal with temptations and urges. Waiting until triggers strike and urges are upon you to start thinking of how you can defeat those urges in a healthy (noPMO) way won't usually work. When urges strike, a quick response is required. What are your plans for dealing with urges ? Its a good idea to have several tools in your defense arsenal in case one either doesn't work as intended or is one you can't use at the time (not always feasible to go take a cold shower...). Regarding urges ... how well do you understand your triggers ? Have you made a list ? Consider a defense against triggers in at least two parallel approaches - first, avoidance of the triggers. That may mean installing filters or blockers on electronics or stop using social media sites. Second, what will you do to respond to triggers / urges / temptations that do strike - especially those triggers that you may not even know or realize right now as triggers. Some things to think about that may help you progress your journey of healing. You made a good decision by starting your journey of healing. Go make some more good decisions. One day at a time is how we all succeed.
