This process is very interesting....i am going to follow it.....day 3 completed....milestone 1 reached.
Day 5/90. I'm glad to be getting closer to victory every day! It's such a joy to get to see this community and the tracker adding 1 day at a time... but I gotta keep going to get to that 90! Also, for those interested, this is actually day 90 for me without porn! (Day 5 without MO) Super excited to say that has been "rebooted" for me, and now just to deal with its last vestige of control on my life!
follow the trail of inspiration. when boredom creeps in or sadness, ask yourself "what do i really wanna do right now?" and follow the answer. even if there´s no big motivation for anything, there´s always a tiny motivation for something. maybe only 5% motivation, but go for the 5%!!! do that thing brother, then your blood starts pumping again, you feel energized and then lot´s of things to do next will pop up. just follow the trail
12 days my brothers. i found that on this streak being alcohol, caffeine and sugar free makes the reboot goes more stronger and the withdrawal much lighter . amazing!!! i will keep this pattern the all 90 days Onwards
Day 9/90 of no PM Day 68 of no Alcohol and caffeine - didn't sleep well but feeling great, had a good workout at the gym and the cute girl visitor left this morning so all is well that ends well
I found the same thing which is why abstain ... I need to try dropping sugars next as I hadn't thought of that one being a trigger but I bet you're right and it is ... stay strong!
Day 1 I don't know why but I am not feeling very much guilty this time .I am still thinking that it was a better decision that I released it and let it go . But guys this time I will reach 90 ......yes I will surely make it this time
