61/365 That's exactly what the habit change is all about. The first step is that you want something (thinking). The next step is to associate the doing with another thing you are already doing. This creates the trigger for you to actually do it, e.g. the acting step. When you act you do not think but the thing you do is in accordance with your thinking you did in the first place. I can recommend the video in my first post in the habit changer challenge, it's quite interesting

Well, it is for exactly what it says: If you have goals that don't fall into the other categories (no masturbation, no porn, no orgasm) you can set your counter to "meeting my goals". I remember a guy for example that set himself the goal to not fantasize at all... A meeting my goals badge is appropriate in that case. Anyways, you have the option to set it to no PMO if you want, just change your day counter settings.
