I have learned to accept such moods, I think they're normal. It helps to sort of step back, and see them like waves on the ocean. They rise, they fall, they pass. Sometimes choppy waters, sometimes calm seas. We can feel them, and still continue on with our goals, knowing that such feelings are temporary and part of the process.

Similar here, this last time I slipped it was when I woke up in the middle of the night and started playing around while still being half asleep. Went with the momentum instead of pausing and it got me. Good to know our weak points, you got this my friend!
Day 30 today. One third the way through my challenge with 2/3's to go. Yay! Feeling great with no temptations today.
