Today is Valentine's Day so I wish everyone a good day ... especially for all lonely people

today i am ok. i didnt pmo ( though there were urges) and i wont. i am going to bed now. i will not PMO because i know that my life gets better without it( no matter what my brain keeps telling me)

 

Today I have way too many reasons not to pmo. Primarily I'm too busy haha

 

I always wish there were a dislike button when I read dweebish statements like these.

 

For me

Froger I dont think of it as missing out on p, my mindset now is on what I am gaining from not looking at porn, think of all the good things that you will have if you dont look at it. Everytime that voice comes in your head say "No, I dont need that because I have .... and list all the good you have if you dont give in, then do something, like a walk, ring someone, do some exercise, meditate, whatever it is that matters to you just do something else. You can do it!

Today I failed again but the last time i taste failure in nofap journey because i learn my lesson...tough journey ahead...but success is more worthy

 

Today I will not use porn because there are not enough hours in a day to waste time fapping.

Today I am looking in the mirror and tell myself to keep moving forward, day after day, hour after hour, because it's worth it so much !

I won't watch porn today because I don't want to break my second highest my streak which happen within 5 days.

 

The weekend is coming and the weather in Germany is getting warmer. We will do some walks and I will go for a run! I am so happy to do NoFap again!
