Day 19/90. Days are going slow. Till now I didn't battle much with the urges, Since the urges are minimal. Don't know how I am going to face the urges in the up coming future. But I am sure I will beat them and complete my journey with success. Cheers guys.

90 days complete. This is only the beginning though, and now that my brain is reset it's time to start drilling into the root causes of why I turned to P in the first place. Don't want to slip down the slope again, have been here before and relapsed which is what triggered this challenge. Still first step taken. I'm starting fresh today, 0 counter. Relapsed too many times, looking at social media, and M/O-ing. Fed up. Promise to post each day. I realised my triggers are: - alone at home - social media browsing - using my phone > this is the biggest one It's just M and O that I want to stop bad habits with. I'll use the urge blocker recommendations in the getting start guide. Let's do this!
