Today I will not PMO because I'm fed up of pleasuring myself with virtual content...time to build up my life...time to build up career...time to build some muscles & body...time to build up dream in real...sticking to porn brings nothing in last several year...so this time I will no more go for such stuff...RIP PMO...

Today I will not use porn because the false sense of happiness I get from it is destroying my mind and its reward system, and I want to make sure that I heal it.

Today I will not watch porn because I have been addicted for too long and today is the last draw I’m ready to fight this addiction and come out a better man. Btw this is day one so here it goes

Today i will not use porn because it has caused unbelievably amount of misery in my life. From underperforming in exams due to extremely cloudy brain, to ridiculous social anxiety that has ruined majority of my social interactions and made me very depressed, to wasting unimaginable amounts of time everyday watching porn and masturbating.
PMO is truly cancerous for my life and i will truly be better without it.

 

Today I will not use porn or masturbate in honor of all the happy times I have lived and all of that times I could have lived without this awful addiction

Yesterday I was silly and wound up going on a binge and waking up late, I can't do that shit anymore. I don't want to be binging and watching it in excess I want to learn to control it. I'm not gonna be dependent on porn because I want to change and I want to be a better person
