I have stopped drinking alcohol for 24 months now. I have stopped taking drugs for 11.5 months now. I really would love just to stop my porn addiction as well. All addictions, whether substance addiction or behavioral addiction, have the same devastating effect on the brain.
I notice so much improvement now that I've stopped taking alcohol and drugs; I'm sure that if I stop watching porn my brain will even function much better.
But I must not forget. Even if things don't go right, I can love myself. I, you and everyone has the full right to love themselves. Keep up the good work people.

 

Today I will not watch Porn or masturbate because it does have ANY positive effects and the effects of NoFap are actually positive and much better.Besides there are better alternatives like meditation or reading a book.

Today I will not use porn. I am stressed, alone, lonely and scared. But I will not use porn. If there's just one thing I have to do today, it's to not use porn.
