Day 10

I woke up with some urges, so I think I will stay away from the internet today.

I have always wanted to try and go out to do things by myself (movies, restaurant, park, etc) but I thought I could look weird and lame, but today I feel like I don't give a damn, so I am going to do it to get of of comfort zone and boost my confidence.

This is right where the good stuff is, brother! I hear you....it hurts and we’ve all been there. Sometimes I just want to say screw it and have that pleasure. But it’s not worth it. Never has been, really. The points where it gets tough, this is where we grow. Keep getting to the other side of those urges without acting on them, and our strength will grow. Someone mentioned continuing to change up our tools: meditation, music, coming on here and reading different forums, posting more on here, starting a journal, running, walking, learning something new, writing down goals, volunteering...I wish you the discovery of the tools that work for you brother. Holy shit...I’m not kidding, guys, this happened to me today:

Went out my back door this morning, and at the bottom of the steps—right at the bottom of the damn steps, laying there!—was a single page out of a porn mag! Probably blown in from the alley or something, don’t want to get too metaphysical it paranoid about it, but wtf!!!! I picked it up, looked at both sides for about ten seconds (probably should have not even peaked but not counting it as it didn’t lead to anything) and threw it away. No big urges came of it, doing okay, but we never know when something is going to come out of absolutely nowhere, haha! Good luck today fapstronauts, stay strong and keep going!

Finishing day 10, urges are getting stronger but so am I! one more day until the weekend and a much needed couple days of rest. Hope everyone is doing well!

11... about my exam... well lets say i did not bad and not so well either. but i know that we did great in this journey. thank you guys for aways be here. we have one another and we can win this battle. enjoy your weekend, stay relax but stay alert because the demons may appear.
