Ah, here we go, it always happens about day 10. December 12th, I woke up after what was nearly a wet dream, and I can't get my thoughts away from M. I wouldn't need P, and one could argue that its not as big of a deal without P, but in order to honor No Nut December, I will stay away from M altogether.
Day 2 today, I'm feeling better than yesterday. I've heard that edging or peeking at porn can ruin the nofap "superpowers" or benefits. They are awesome, but it's easy to lose them. This streak I will be stronger than before and strictly avoid looking "a little bit" on XX sites. I feel more motivated than usually. You know, after some time your mind can play tricks, that it's useless to go 90 days of nofap etc. I heeded that voice and then I relapsed. It's important to stop believing in illusions that your minf is giving to you. Today I plan to go for a gym training and tomorrow to town for a concert.
Peeking at porn at the beginning of your progress can ruin it easily. So avoid it for more than a month, so that you can become stabilized. But you do it right man, cover your habit with another habit (in your case with gym training). It helps you avoiding it, you have to continue this principle over and over, until you become stabilized. I peeked at porn a few days ago and I realized that it became just boring - and I didn't get a boner. It is because I almost didn't fap for 1,5 months.
yeah beacause your brain didn't connect it with arousal after a long time. When I feel bad, I like to peek at porn. Just a one peek. And then- fap for a week. The saddest thing about nofap is even when i get the benefits, I still want to look at porn, check what's up on XX websites etc. I can meet a new girl, earn more than usually, have a sharp mind or a masculine body with better strenght- but I still want to fap to porn. Maybe I'll just live with it until the end and never stop fappin'? Maybe on my grave will be a "fap 4ever" writing?
Day 4, I woke up with a lil' hangover but I didn;t fap as usually on hangover (btw it doesn't heal hangover). I went for a short jogging to the forest and ate a healthy breakfast. Still going and staying sharp.
Hmm, so I M-ed yesterday. It was not in any way fueled by P, though, it was after me and my gf were intimate, and I just went and secretly finished on my own afterward, since she has to stay abstinent. So I don't feel terrible about it, but either way, that disqualifies me. I'll still keep the clock going with no P as a requirement, though.
nope, if you didn't MO to porn you are still in game. But not in hardmode I always try to go hardmode beacause the benefits are then really cool. Yesterday I felt more energy than usually and I also saw that the girls are more interested in me than normally. They for example often "bounced" from me in the pub.
5th day of nofap, I feel gr8, that was hardmode with not even peeking at porn (except day 0). I feel freshly motivated to start something new. Today it's a snowy day, I want to make a video for you about the first few days of nofap. "5 habits to improve your chances" get ready for the snowy video
I am on Day 20 of my Nofap challenge, I began on November 28th so I really wasn't able to make November but I have done No nut December with flying colors all the way, mostly hard mode. The longest I was able to do it before that I can remember was last summer where I lasted nearly three weeks on Nofap before relapsing. Tomorrow will be exactly three weeks since I last fapped, therefore breaking my record! I'm still amazed at myself that I have made it this far, and there is no way I want to relapse this time!
