Today I will not use porn because the day is almost over...and I've already pretty much made it through with no porn...and i sure am not gonna blow it now!!!

 

Today I will not use porn because the life with it never has positive affects, it only brings sadness, depression and some negative things. I see it through and I want to quit it forever.

havent been here for a while. Fucking addiction is killing me at the moment. Did not relapse in any substance, but it's hard to recover.

Pmo has never helped me, it only brought shame, negativity, de-motivation.. becoming free of this habit will be the best thing for me, maybe also the hardest thing to do, but it will be worth it.
