Day 10/365. Whoopsies, I was going to post yesterday as well, but first remembered when I was busy, and then only remembered when I was literally 1 minute away from going to sleep. Oh well. I've resisted all of my urges in the past two days, but it's still quite difficult sometimes. What I've found helps is immediately, without thinking, getting rid of the source of urges. Get it away. I'm really sensitive when on the toilet, so I think I should learn myself to not use my phone while sitting there, which not only prevents some urges but also makes me get off the toilet again quicker. Weekend is nearing, so brace yourselves, everyone. Tomorrow should be relatively easy for me as I won't be alone and will have to go to bed on time, but after that is the weekend - the time in which I struggle most. I made it last week, so I'm going to finish this week too. Let's do this! (grr, it says that only 50 likes are allowed in this forum... I needed 4 more... >.< don't worry, I'll fix that tomorrow - you all are doing great and deserve it! )

Since all of us are different, NoFap will affect us in different ways. For me, things feel better in general, but I never experienced the "superpowers" / massive changes that some others have. My mood is better on average, but there are still ups and downs. I'm more focused and have improved a lot on my bad habits, but there are still days where I struggle to be productive. I think the greatest change for me was embracing negativity/pain, rather than escaping it through PMO, gaming, or other temptations.

Day 4/365 Good morning people!! There are 4 days of resistance and control to my own desires! Philosophy explains that the concept of man's freedom is certainly not at all related to him simply doing what he wants and understanding. But quite the opposite. A free man is a limited man. That does not accomplish any and all desire that comes to mind! So be free of PMO !! You feed it every day and it consumes you in a few weeks. What's the use? have a pleasure in 5 minutes and spend the rest of the day whining or resisting the flesh itself? Who chooses is you !!!
Day 10- As much as I tried to stay away from the site today, I could not. I need to take a break from the internet especially YouTube. If NoFap feels like we are sacrificing something valuable then we are more than likely going to fail. There is absolutely NOTHING to gain by engaging in PMO. Therefore, we should enjoy this journey (even make it fun) because it a road to freedom. Day 25/365 . Cant say how m i feeling ... Its kind of mixed types. .. Not getting any urges .. And still nothing hard down there.... Except a few times.
