The exact same situation which i undergone some minutes back. I did some push-ups then listened to my favourite songs and 3minutes of meditation to avoid such relapse. Next time if you feel any urge or something which may trigger you to relapse then move yourself away from that space and do something else.
Day 6-7 I failed the challenge even though it is harsh. I broke the rules a little bit and that warrants a fail. I'm embarrassed and obviously underestimated the challenge. I decided that i'm not ready to take the 21 day challenge, therefore from now on i'm going to start with the 7 day challenge and slowly work myself up. My body needs to get used to the gaps. I will be back here in the near future.
So hard to get pass a week for me. I'm back to 0 again just for a split second pleasure and several days of regret. Relapsing is never worth it, but I just can't seem to get pass a week.
5/21 wow is hot for me the temptation is strong but i try with all my heart to make the challenge.Stay focus guys .
