Well, evidently I did use porn yesterday, I think because I had a break in my meditation/reading schedule and because I didn't get around to writing on this thread until the afternoon. I'm making sure to write this early today and I'm going to go about my morning routine shortly.

Today I will not use porn because I don't want to have the lethargy/brain fog on top of the cold I'm getting through. The work I need to get done is still to be completed, and I need all the energy I can muster to get it done. Relapsing would be taking a step away from meeting these goals.
