    Hi i am happy to find a community like this online. I want to begine a nofap 1 year journey. I am 32 now. I want to totally take away porn out of my life. Porn has affected me a lot. I am still single. Still struggling to connect with a girl. All my mates arround me are married. I live alone. There is alot of delay in my life. I notice alot of time waste.
    I want to make this revolutionary turn in my life once and for ever.
    I will appreciate any advice anyone can give me to make this journey a once and for ever action.

    Good day everyone. It is a pleasure to be on this site and to kerp u up to date. Today is day 4. Nothing significant of the number but my being is reminded today of the importance of staying sober. I have a one year challenge before me. It is my joy to make this decision now in my life.
