I think the reason why you’re not feeling any changes after long periods of abstinence is because you are edging. Edging is not healthy and it’s actually worse for your hormonal glands then just flat out masturbation. I think the best thing you can do right now is a good, solid chunk of time where you don't worry about "getting off" to anything at all (except for natural, loving sexual relations with someone you know and trust). I'd suggest 90 days to begin (that's right, 90 days is really just the beginning of your recovery). It will give your brain a chance to reset, and eventually this stuff will start to fade away.
