3 Days check-in It was really tough completing the third day but I managed to defeat PMO by going for a run and physical activity until I got exhausted.
Day 147 I don't know how many more steps I got to go to get to heaven but there's a lot more I'm sure I hope everyone is doing well going back to bed for another hour steroids are kicking my ass
Day 40- It's getting easier and easier though there is no space for complacency. I must maintain the same discipline.
It has been a week. yesterday, again was extremely hard. today was quite easy because i was not home and busy. Praise God almighty. I pray he gives us all more strength
Midday check in and the hormones are a raging along with the prednisone testosterone and by chemical imbalances in my brain I feel like I could put a cape on and fly everywhere I just want to be able to do that all the time God has his purpose and I know he does and it's going to be fantastic when we get there God bless everyone take one down and pass it around https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?posts/1618965/
I would like to join. My goal is to go 90 days without PMO, and to go a lifetime without pornography. I'm doing this so that I can spend more time living my life to the fullest, going hiking and camping, living adventurously, and so that I can be more productive.

Congratulations on your decision. Welcome. Checking in... did more exercise and prayer this morning instead of playing video games. It helped a lot!
