40 days and 40 nights . I could jack a car up with the morning wood I have today . I feel great too . The dreaded flatline must be over . I wish I knew about nofap years ago . It really does have amazing benefits . A friend told me I looked fresher and another one noticed I was a lot calmer . I was flirting with a hottie in work and I know she was wetting her knickers .

 

Day 33- Another day more anxiety. I almost typed in the URL of a porn site yesterday. What stopped me was watching a youtube video of an unfortunate person whose life had taken a turn for the worst due to drug addiction. He looked completely hopeless. I said to myself I don't want a life of addiction and switched off my laptop and slept.

Benefit 29: I will be able to get rid of the toxic shame that porn addiction brings if I walk away from PMO.
